The Singing Trophy
In a small house deep in the New Zealand bush an obsessed hunter has created a fantasy world of mounted animal trophies. But within this surreal menagerie of the mind the animal world conspires to thwart his efforts, and he is faced with his greatest ever hunting challenge.
Director Grant Lahood is master of the quirky comedic short film - the creative force behind other internationally-successful shorts Snail's Pace and Lemming Aid. Lahood has also directed the feature films Kombi Nation and Chicken, and a number of documentaries including Arc, Anzac Songs, and Intersexion.
