From an Academy Award-nominated animator (The Frog, The Dog and the Devil). An old man lives alone high above a sea-side village. One morning the village is jolted by a sharp earthquake. Nobody is hurt but the old man remains very distressed, as he expects a tidal wave to follow. Unable to attract the villagers' attention, in desperation he sets fire to his own property.
