Following the appointment of Alastair Carruthers as Chair of TVNZ, the NZFC Board has worked with MCH and Treasury to prepare a comprehensive conflict management plan to ensure that any potential or perceived conflicts arising from Alastair’s dual roles are identified and managed. As a primary mitigation, Paula Jalfon has been appointed as Deputy Chair and will step in for Alastair when necessary.
