Location: Auckland
Are you a whizz across multiple digital platforms and programmes with a passion and curiosity for supporting creative industries? The New Zealand Film Commission (NZFC) is looking for a Grants Administrator to join our Auckland-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your skills in digital systems, data analysis and process improvement will make a real impact. You’ll play a key role in managing and supporting a range of grants that support New Zealand’s screen sector — from project and professional development to international placements and industry initiatives.
As our Grants system expert, you’ll manage applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication with applicants and stakeholders. You’ll also support decision-making through data analysis and reporting and help improve systems using AI and other digital tools.
We’re looking for someone who has some or all of the following:
- Experience in grants administration or funding programme coordination
- Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Confidence using and troubleshooting grants management systems (e.g., KlevrGrants)
- A knack for improving processes and applying tech solutions to streamline workflows
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to bridge technical detail with practical understanding for end users
- Experience with data analysis and presenting insights visually.
You’ll also contribute to the smooth running of our Auckland office, supporting events, team coordination, and general operations.
If you’re ready to support the future of New Zealand film through smart systems and great teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
