Dana Youngman is Chief Operating Officer at the New Zealand Film Commission, leading NZFC’s operational functions across marketing, communications, finance, legal and revenue. She brings more than 25 years’ experience in screen production and executive leadership, including senior roles at TVNZ and Sky, alongside a creative track record that includes BAFTA-nominated and International Emmy-winning work. Dana also has extensive governance experience and currently serves as Co-Chair of SOUNZ Centre for New Zealand Music.
