We are happy to announce that Dana Youngman has joined the NZFC for a few months as a Change Manager. Her mission is to help us improve our funding systems and processes and to listen to and maximise our relationships with creatives. Dana is an award-winning television executive and board director with extensive experience working across the New Zealand screen sector. She progressed from creative/management roles into senior leadership with significant business, financial, commercial, strategic and legal responsibilities within large corporate entities. For over a year now, Dana has been enjoying consultancy work providing her insights and strategic support to New Zealand crown entities and independent production companies.
