International Film Sales

We usually require as a condition of feature film funding that the producer appoint an international sales agent prior to, or otherwise following completion of, contracting finance. 

We have worked with a number of international sales companies and offer support in finding suitable agencies and negotiating terms of representation for films that are production ready.  A list of some companies that have recently handled New Zealand films is below (or is otherwise indicated in our film library details):

We also offer market travel assistance to assist New Zealand producers engage with financiers and sales companies directly. 

NZ Film Sales

For more than 30 years we have also acted as an international sales agent for New Zealand short and features films.  This includes films that may not have been funded by us, but otherwise qualify as New Zealand Films.
